About Us

Student housing is our passion

We are a developer, owner, and manager of student housing properties. We understand students. We understand college life. And we understand the concerns of parents and the university community. We create environments where students want to live, parents trust us and we neatly fit into the community. Put simply, we get it.

We get it because we operate one the largest student housing portfolios in Durham. We focus on maintaining our properties, securing our students and creating an environment where students can thrive. Everything we do stems from our core values:

  • Do the right thing
  • Treat people as we would want to be treated
  • Protect our students and our property
  • To provide the quality of life that will enable students to thrive and maximize their potential.
  • To be the first choice of students and parents for off campus housing
  • To deliver the best student housing value in Durham
  • To maintain excellent relationships in the communities we operate
