Leases run 12 months from June 7th, 2020 through May 24th, 2021. Apartments are rented on an individual basis, and tenants are able to renew their lease for the following school year.

We make it easy to pay your rent. Most tenants use our online resident portal. Rent can also be paid by check or money order in person or through the mail at 17 Madbury Road. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 4th.
Your lease includes rent, heat, hot water, internet and cable TV.
Each resident signs an individual lease that is co-signed by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. By signing an individual lease, you become responsible for your own rent, even if a roommate should end their lease early.
Davis Court apartments are one of the few off-campus apartment complexes in the Downtown area that offers on-site parking available for purchase. Parking near Downtown Durham is scarce so notify us immediately if you’d like to rent a space. The fee is $1,150/school year.

David Court, set on a 3.6 acre mini-campus, is only a few minutes walk from the heart of UNH and downtown Durham. Avoid the bustle of Main Street, while still being close to everything! It’s the best of both worlds. And with available parking, Davis Court is about as convenient as you can get! Our leasing office for the Davis Court Apartments is located at 17 Madbury Road on the ground level of Madbury Commons.
