Parking

A limited number of spaces are available for residents to purchase on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes cost an additional fee and are secured for the summer and school year with separate, up-front purchases. Short-term parking located on Madbury Road is managed by the town of Durham.

UNH sells “Non-Resident” parking spaces available to off-campus residents at their West Edge and Mast Road parking lots. These passes typically go on sale in July. You can find more information regarding this parking option on their website: UNH Off-Campus Parking Permits

Our Madbury Properties online parking sale will launch on the sale date listed above. The pass request forms on this webpage will track your sign up, including a time stamp of each entry- this will ensure that parking passes are awarded on a first come, first serve basis. Once a pass option has reached capacity, we will allow an additional 5 sign up requests (per pass option) to form our waitlist.

Upon completion of our online form, you will be contacted by a member of our staff alerting you that we have added the charge for your parking pass request and will post a signable parking agreement document to your online Madbury Properties Resident Portal Account. You will be required to remit payment within 24 hours of sign up to claim your spot. If payment is not received by this deadline, your parking pass reservation will be canceled and the pass sold to our waitlist.

Moped Parking permits will be available for sale on the date listed above. Moped parking passes are valid for the duration of the lease term*. View more information and request moped parking on this webpage.
*Note: Mopeds must be removed from our property parking lots for the winter season by the first snowfall. Specific removal dates will be communicated to you as the winter season nears.

Sorry, we don’t offer visitor or temporary parking options at our property. You can pay to park for a few hours at the neighboring Madbury Road or Pettee Brooke Lane metered parking lots. We suggest contacting UNH Parking and Transit to see what options may be available for overnight parking.
